- Bread delivery service (EUR 1.00/ EUR 1.20 a piece)
General Cancellation Policy
At early departure or delayed arrival the full roomprice will be charged. Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Cancellation fees according to Austrian Hotel regulations. If canceled or modified up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If canceled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 90% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck. Information without guarantee.
In cases of loss of or damage to the room key € 15.-- a piece will be charged.

Our experience shows that despite you are now looking forward to your holiday unexpected things can cross your plans.
To avoid anger and unnecessary costs we recommend protecting yourself against cancellation or termination as well as rescue costs (including helicopter) with the Hotelstorno Plus Insurance or the more extensive Hotel Cancellation Premium Insurance (including accident benefits). - Insurance in your credit card?
Be careful, in many credit cards a travel insurance is included, but often for the bearer only. In the case of cancellation they could refund just the bearer´s cost, not the costs of the rest of the family. Please make sure that your coverage is sufficient. Therefore please ask your credit card institute.
