Our apartment building is located directly next to the cable car station of the Happy Gschwandtkopf Lifts overlooking the ski slopes to the south and the Lake Church (Seekirchl) to the north. Nestled in the idyllic landscape and mountain backdrop of Seefeld, our building is surrounded with attractive Tyrolean ambiance and family atmosphere.

Because of the optimal location of the apartment hotel, you can reach many different leisure, sports and wellness facilities in Seefeld in just 5 minutes. Bread delivery service

We are happy to provide you daily with fresh bread delivered to your apartment. You can obtain more information at the reception desk.

Breakfast

Our partner and neighbor, the Sportalm, will gladly prepare a full breakfast for you at any time (just possibile during the opening times of the Sportalm).
Beginning from 9 a.m. every morning, you can start the day with a breakfast – and all for € 13,50 per person / day only.

Laundry

We are happy to provide our guest laundry. It is located in the basement. There you will find a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Throw in: € 4, - (in Euro coins € 0,50, € 1 and € 2) for a wash and € 0,50 per 15 min dry. Please only use the detergent provided by us.
